REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Last updated: February 2026. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers in Qatar and UAE.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refund

  • Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Incorrect item received
  • Service not delivered as agreed
  • Cancellation within the allowed time frame

1.2 Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within:

  • 3 days of receiving the product
  • 12 hours/days before service appointment (for services)

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

1.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Digital products once delivered or downloaded
  • Custom-made or personalized items

1.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Refund processing time: 7–14 business days (depending on bank/payment provider).

Any transaction fees imposed by banks or payment providers may be deducted if applicable.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Exchange Conditions

  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

2.2 Exchange Process

Shipping costs for exchange may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before shipment (for products)
  • At least 4 hours/days before scheduled service

Once shipped or service has started, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first for resolution before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action.
